Digitize a deposit and
refund  journey
Overview
Customers can access the deposit and refund interface via a QR code from their mobile when purchasing a gas bottle from a sales point. The QR code is compatible with all types of sales points and the interface is user-friendly for both tech-savvy and less digital customers. This  solution simplifies deposit and refunds for customers, helps Primagaz distributors manage customer dissatisfaction, and reduces administrative workload. Primagaz is modernizing and gaining a deeper understanding of its customers.
Context
Purchasing a new gas bottle requires creating a deposit contract : the consumer buys the gas but only 'rents' the container under a deposit system, as it remains the property of the gas supplier. Currently, consumers can only get their deposit refund by presenting their contract, which only exists in paper. Primagaz aims to digitize the entire deposit/refund process.
Problem
What digital solution can address the dissatisfaction (from both users and distributors) caused by the current paper-based deposit process?

Designing a new
subscription service
Overview
New concepts for coffee and machine subscription that make customers' lives easier and bring them closer to the Nespresso brand. The concepts are ready to be quantitatively tested to be validated in the market.
Context
For several years, Nespresso has offered a coffee subscription service to its customers (BtoC). There are two types of subscriptions: a machine subscription and a coffee subscription. The two offers are not well understood by the customers, and the unsubscribe rate is high. Nespresso wants to design a new offer and a new subscription journey through an in-depth user study.
Problem
What useful and engaging subscription offer can be designed for Nespresso coffee consumers?

Rethinking the
user journey
Overview
A new user journey including new features that better meet users’ needs and expectations. The new journey is based on a UX audit and usability tests conducted with a panel of users representative of habits of use.
Context
Booking wants to rethink the user experience of reservation journey. The goal is to improve the conversion rate and incorporate new features, creating a more service-orientated experience for users.
Problem
Assess the current interface and then understand users' needs in order to design an improved and more service-oriented journey.
Method
Complete UX audit (heuristic evaluation, usability tests, and card sorting) followed by prototyping the new journey for user testing.

Overview
New experience markers to enhance customer experience across all hotels in the network, while bringing differentiation for the brand on its market.
Context
Aligning with the 2025 strategic direction, ibis aims to differentiate itself in the market and provide a more consistent experience for customers across all hotels, regardless of the level of renovation (walls, interior design, equipments, concept date, etc.)
Problem
How can we create a consistent and memorable experience for the brand's customers without relying on the physical infrastructure of the hotels?
Method
Customer and field immersion & co-creation workshops with teams (headquarters and field) to deliver new experience markers concepts, ready to be tested in real-world conditions.

Redesigning the user
journey
Overview
A new user flow to differentiate the platform and allow it to naturally integrate into the users' application journey.
Context
JobPass is a digital platform that automates the application process across different types of platforms (employer websites, job boards, temp agency sites, etc.). The solution offers the creation of a 'professional passport,' allowing candidates to apply in one click for each new application. The candidate space also features a 'dashboard' functionality, enabling users to track and manage the status of their applications from a single, automated location.
Problem
As it stands, users do not understand the solution offered by JobPass: the platform and the  journey are not readable.
Method
UX audit and formulation of recommendations, followed by a reworking of the user flow and wording. Creation of a backlog.

Overview
A concise field report that will provide user-centered guidelines for the research team in charge of future female users of Bayer's new product line (Canesten).
Context
Bayer aims at launching a new product line targeting young women . Bayer wants to explore the needs and expectations of this target audience to provide directions to the Research & Development department.
Problem
Young women are poorly diagnosed and inadequately informed about their intimate health. Bayer is struggling to reach this market segment.
Method
Ethnographic fieldwork involving in-depth interviews with 10 informants (ages 17-26), followed by an analysis of the collected data and formulation of actionable insights.
